Paste it in and it starts asking you questions. You leave the conversation with something you can use today. Keep the file and paste it again any time you want AI to understand a new subject.

My Vault
The whole system. Paste it once and it builds every folder, writes a guide inside each one explaining what belongs there, and creates an index so you can pick up where you left off in any future chat. Then you just start dropping things in: notes, voice memos, emails, screenshots, a listing PDF, a rambling dump at the end of the day. It works out where each one goes.
How to use either one
- Open ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. Any of them, the free versions are fine.
- Paste the whole file in. You do not have to say anything else or remember any commands.
- It reads the instructions at the top and starts.
One honest note, because I said it on stage too. The vault builds itself automatically only in an AI that can write files on your machine. If you are on ChatGPT or the Claude web app, it gives you the folder structure to save yourself. Both paths are in the file. It works either way, one is just more hands-on.
